Small merchandise cannot be placed on the floor unless it is something like a fixture, furniture, clothing rack, or floor lamp.

You may only park your vehicle in the west side lot to bring items to your booth. You must then promptly move your vehicle to the East side lot to make room for other vendors. If you are staging your booth while your car is still in the lot, you will be asked to move your car promptly

Once done loading in, please move your vehicle to the east parking lot on the other side of the building. Please do not park on Edison Ave.
8. RUNNING YOUR BOOTH
All vendors must agree to stay set up for the duration of the 7-hour show.
You are responsible for collecting payment for your sales, so please plan to have adequate change. We suggest allowing customers to pay via Cash, Card, Venmo, PayPal, and Cash App to boost sales.
Please be kind and cordial to your fellow vendors. If you experience an issue or disagreement with a neighboring vendor, please reach out to Grace or Jacob to work out a solution before allowing it to escalate.
9. LOAD OUT
Tear down and load out is from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Please keep your items inside your allotted booth space and out of the walkways while tearing down. At the end of the event, please ensure your area is clean of trash and debris. Packing up early without explanation can result in removal from future shows.
You must pack up all your belongings and have them ready to quickly put in your vehicle before driving in to load-out. If you move your car in before you finish packing, you will be asked to move your car back out immediately to make room for other vendors who are ready to load out. We can only allow a certain amount of cars in at a time. Safety is our number one priority.
